Why is there a contract? I like to have contracts for customized work for a few reasons. It's designed to benefit BOTH you and I. This ensures deadlines are met and I'm legally tied to completing your custom art. It determines how I can and can't use the artwork I create specifically for you. On the other end, it lays out very clear boundaries to make sure that my time is protected should you not show up to your consultation without notice or if anything else comes up.

Why is there a survey? This allows me to get an idea of who you are prior to our call so we can make the most of our time in the consultation call. It also collects the technical information I need from you regarding your artwork so we don't waste any time discussing logistical information.
What if I purchased this as a gift for someone else? Fill out the contract below, and send the survey link to the person to whom you are gifting this very special gift. Make sure you let them know what size you purchased for them as they'll need that in the survey. I recommend also letting this person know some of the elements outlined in the contract, such as what happens should they miss the consultation call.
